VÈLISHE Model Management is a boutique modelling agency founded in 2025 and based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Founded and led by Christiana Velichkova, the agency represents and develops professional fashion and commercial models with an individual, long term approach.We represent women and men with a distinct presence, individual attitude, and authentic character that translates across editorial, campaign, runway, beauty, commercial and digital work.VÈLISHE is a new generation agency built around a clear understanding of what meaningful representation can create for a model’s career. We work with a selective, carefully curated board and invest in the development of each model, from the first casting and portfolio to international placement.Our approach is personal, precise and focused on long term development. We look beyond a single image to understand the individuality of each model, the markets where they can thrive and the direction in which their career can evolve.Based in Sofia and connected to the international modelling industry, VÈLISHE works with photographers, casting directors, fashion clients, production companies and established agencies across different markets.We do not represent everyone. We represent potential, individuality and the people we believe have a place in the industry.

From the first portfolio to international placement, we guide each model through the stages of building a professional modelling career.Our work covers model development, portfolio direction, castings, career management and international representation across fashion, runway, editorial, beauty, advertising and commercial modelling.We work closely with photographers, casting directors, fashion clients and established modelling agencies internationally, creating opportunities for our models in Bulgaria and abroad.Every model is approached individually. We look beyond a photograph to understand where a face can belong, which markets suit it and how its potential can be developed over time.VÈLISHE remains selective by design. We represent models whose individuality, presence and potential meet the standards of the industry we work in.

VÈLISHE Model Management accepts applications from new and experienced models in Bulgaria and internationally.There is no single formula for becoming a model. We look for individuality, presence, natural features and potential. Previous modelling experience is not required for new faces.For fashion modelling, height, proportions and measurements can be important depending on the market and type of work. We consider these alongside the model’s overall appearance, character and potential rather than relying on a rigid set of requirements.To apply, send recent, natural photographs taken in daylight with minimal or no makeup and without filters or heavy retouching. Professional photographs are not necessary at the application stage.We are looking for people who are serious about modelling, open to development and prepared to work professionally in an international environment.If we see potential, we will determine the right direction for your development, whether that means building your career in Bulgaria, pursuing international representation, or both.Applications are reviewed selectively. The VÈLISHE Model Academy is the development programme of VÈLISHE Model Management, created for aspiring models who have the potential to enter the professional modelling industry.It provides a structured introduction to the realities of modelling, from posing and movement to casting etiquette, image development, portfolio preparation and professional conduct.The Academy is designed to develop more than appearance. Models learn how to work confidently in front of the camera, understand the expectations of fashion and commercial clients, and navigate the professional environment with discipline and awareness.Training is adapted to the individual. Some models require guidance from their first test shoot, while others may already have experience and need more focused development before approaching the international market.Participation in the VÈLISHE Model Academy does not automatically result in agency representation. Models are considered separately for representation based on their individual potential and suitability for the VÈLISHE board.
